TowerPower: Tap & Stack ("the App", "we", "our") is built to be played, not tracked. This Privacy Policy explains â in plain language â that we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data whatsoever. All gameplay, scores, and progress run entirely on your device. Please read the sections below for the full picture.
1. Information We Collect
We collect nothing. TowerPower does not ask for your name, email, location, photos, contacts, or any other personal identifier. There are no sign-up forms, no account creation, and no hidden data-capture screens anywhere in the App.
2. How We Use Information
Because no information is ever collected, none is ever used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no advertising engine reading your behavior and no data pipeline feeding third parties. Your tapping, stacking, and combo streaks are your business alone.
3. Data Storage
Your scores, coin totals, unlocked skins, and tower progress are saved locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a cloud server, and we do not operate a backend database of player information. Uninstalling the App removes this local data completely.
4. Third-Party Services
TowerPower does not integrate third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or behavioral trackers. The App is designed to run as a self-contained arcade experience without reaching out to external data services.
5. Data Security
Since your gameplay data never leaves your device, there is no transmission for anyone to intercept and no remote database that could be breached. Your device's own operating-system safeguards protect the locally stored files, the same as any other app data on your phone.
6. Children's Privacy
TowerPower is suitable for players of all ages, including children. Because the App collects zero personal data from any user, regardless of age, it complies with the spirit of COPPA and similar child-privacy regulations by design â there is simply no data to protect or misuse.
7. Your Control
There are no accounts to manage and no personal data to request, export, or delete from our servers, because none exists. If you wish to remove all local game data, simply uninstall the App from your device â every trace of your saved progress goes with it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted within the App or on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of TowerPower after changes means you accept the updated policy.
